"A Night With Gio":
An Authentic Italian Dinner

Come take a trip to Pelee Island, Ontario and enjoy a homemade Italian dinner cooked by ME (and my mother) matched with some amazing Pelee Island wines :)

 On Wednesday August 17th 2011, I will be cooking up an Italian Feast paired with an amazing array of Pelee Island Winery wines to match.

Tickets are $25 per person.

Appetizers start at 6pm with dinner commencing at 6:30pm.

MENU
INCLUDES:

Pizza Bianca - Wood-oven pizza topped with fresh rosemary and sea salt, served with an extra virgin olive oil/balsamic vinegar dip

Bruschetta - An Italian staple with fresh local tomatoes, basil, and fresh garlic

Sicilian Arancini - A ball of mushroom risotto, breaded and fried with a gooey cheese centre served with marinara sauce.

BBQ Italian Sausage - locally raised (and made) Italian pork sausages seasoned with fennel and parsley.

Lasagna - A traditional lasagna featuring local seasonal produce

Caprese Salad - Fresh Leamington tomatoes & basil, with  bocconcini cheese and extra virgin olive oil

...and of course DESSERT

Tiramisu - a wine glass filled with everyone's favourite Italian dessert. Made with savoiardi cookies, fair-trade organic espresso, marscapone cheese, and fair trade organic cocoa powder.
